Peshala Mendis (පේෂල මෙන්ඩිස්) is a Sri Lankan singer of Sinhala songs, best known for the romantic number “Midule Weli Maligawe” (මිදුලේ වැලි මාලිගාවේ).
Peshala Mendis appears across Sinhala song collections and the Library of Sri Lankan Music archive, with recordings documented from the 2010s. The most widely circulated of these is “Midule Weli Maligawe”, which is carried on the site under two common romanizations of the same title, Midule Weli Maligawe and Midule Vali Maligave.
