Pramodha Herath is a Sri Lankan singer best known for the Sinhala song “Dase Chaya” (also released and searched as “Oya Dasai”), a melodic ballad that circulated widely on Sri Lankan music download and streaming platforms.
Pramodha Herath’s most recognised release is “Dase Chaya”, with music composed by Romesh Sugathapala and lyrics written by Shehan Galahitiyawa. The song appeared on Sri Lankan music services from around 2014 and was later collected on the 2020 compilation Anthima Adarayai.
