Shan Hassim is a Sri Lankan pop singer best known for the romantic songs Premaya Usai (ප්රේමය උසයි), Hitha Pura, and Adare Tharam, which circulated widely on Sri Lankan radio and music download platforms.
Hassim built her following through a string of melodic love songs released for the local pop market and promoted on stations such as Hiru FM. Her best-known release, Premaya Usai, was issued with an official music video that helped establish her name with listeners.
