Dinidu Nadeeshan is a Sri Lankan playback and pop singer who works in contemporary Sinhala music. He is known for singles such as “Jeewithema Deela” and “Oya Sina”, and his recordings circulate on Sinhala music platforms including Hiru FM Music, Apple Music, and Spotify.
Nadeeshan records mostly in the sentimental ballad register that dominates modern Sinhala radio play, with releases spread across the 2010s and into the 2020s. His single “Jeewithema Deela” (ජීවිතේම දීලා) was issued with music by Chandana Walpola and words by Prasanna Kumara Dammalage, and remains his most widely streamed track. He has also released seasonal and devotional material, including the New Year song “Sinhala Avurudu Kale” and the duet “Kiri Suwandai Hurathalayai” with Nilu Suranji.
