Izzy (also credited as Izzy Iznu) is a Sri Lankan hip-hop artist and rapper who rose through the 44 Kalliya rap collective and is now based in the United Arab Emirates. He is known for blending contemporary hip-hop with traditional Sri Lankan sounds, and for verses on group anthems such as Dewiwaru and 44 Kalliya.
Izzy built his name within the Sinhala rap underground, contributing to posse cuts alongside peers including K Mac, Smokio, and Kaizer Kaiz. His work spans collective releases credited to 44 Kalliya and the Drill Team Westnahira camp, where his lyrical delivery sits over production that mixes drill and hip-hop with local melodic textures.
His track Thol Sayam (තොල් සායම්) pairs him with Kaizer Kaiz, while Dewiwaru (දෙවිවරු), a 44 Kalliya cut featuring K Mac, Izzy, and Smokio, became one of the more widely shared songs from the scene.
