Nilanga Silva is a Sri Lankan singer who performs in Sinhala. He is known for melodic love songs that circulated widely through Sri Lankan radio and music-download platforms, including “Sanda Kinnaravi Mage” and the Matale-set “Kalapuwa Langa”.
Silva’s recordings span from the early 2010s onward. Tracks such as “Sanda Kinnaravi Mage” and “Kalapuwa Langa” were among his earliest to find an audience through Sri Lankan music services, while later singles continued into the 2020s. His “Pun Sandada Oba Mage” was written by lyricist Sampath Fernandopulle and composed by Chathurangana De Silva.
