Rumesh Perera (රුමේෂ් පෙරේරා) is a Sri Lankan singer and songwriter active in contemporary Sinhala pop, known for radio and music-video singles released through the 2010s such as Ahimi Adare and Wena Kenekuta.
Rumesh Perera works in the modern Sinhala romantic-ballad style that dominated Sri Lankan radio and music-television playlists in the 2010s. His singles circulated widely through stations and download platforms including Hiru FM, where tracks like Wena Kenekuta, Oba Danne Monawada, and Pera Athmayedith each drew tens of thousands of listens.
One of his best-known recordings is Ahimi Adare (අහිමි ආදරේ), released in 2014, for which Perera also wrote the lyrics while Kasun Madushanka composed the music. The song appears on the 2014 compilation Duka Es Deken, and a music video for it was produced the same year.
