Shalinda Fernando is a Sri Lankan singer and the lead vocalist of the band All Right (often credited as “Shalinda Fernando, All Right”). He is known for live-stage Sinhala recordings such as Lunuwila Pare, performed with the group ALLWRITE.
Shalinda Fernando works primarily in the live-band tradition that drives much of Sri Lanka’s contemporary stage and television music. His recordings circulate widely on Sinhala music platforms and on Hiru FM and Hiru TV, typically billed under the All Right banner. The live version of Lunuwila Pare (ලුණුවිල පාරේ), released in April 2024 with ALLWRITE, is among his most-streamed tracks, opening with the line “Lunuwila paare ingi bingi paana.”
Several of his songs were written and composed by Roshan Fernando, including Duka Hithunama Sanasawanna.
