Lil Neo is a Sri Lankan rapper and music producer active in the Sinhala hip-hop (rap lanthaya) scene since the early 2010s. He is best known for a run of collaborations with rapper Kaizer Kaiz, on which he appears both as a featured vocalist and, on several tracks, as the producer.
Lil Neo emerged in the wave of independent Sinhala rap that built an online following from around 2013 onward, releasing tracks through streaming platforms and rap-community blogs rather than the mainstream playback-song industry. His early work paired him closely with Kaizer Kaiz, and the two names are credited together on most of his best-known songs.
The 2013 single Rap Heena and the 2014 single Sellakkaraya are among the tracks most often listed under his name, both released as Kaizer Kaiz featuring Lil Neo. He has continued to put out music in later years, remaining one of the recurring producer-rappers associated with the underground Sinhala rap circuit.
