Gayan Arosha (ගයාන් අරෝෂ, also written Gayan Arosh) is a Sri Lankan singer working in contemporary Sinhala pop, known for a string of single releases built around love-song melodies. His recordings began appearing in the late 2010s and have continued steadily, distributed across the main local music platforms and streaming services.
Arosha’s earliest widely circulated single, Samada Man Obe (සෑමදා මං ඔබේ, sometimes spelled Semada Man Obe), dates to 2017 and remains one of his most recognised songs. He followed it with Hitha Riddana (2018), a track whose melody was composed by Denuwan Kaushaka, and went on to release further singles including Kandulin, Podi Adambarakari, and Rosa Mal Sayanaye through the early 2020s.
Alongside his solo singles, Arosha recorded the teledrama theme Sanda Ras Gilihunu from Uthum Pathum as a duet with Amila Nadeeshani, pairing his voice with hers on one of his better-known collaborations.
Lyrics-lk hosts these Gayan Arosha songs with their Sinhala lyrics, English transliteration, and translation, so listeners can follow the meaning as well as the melody.
