Meena Prasadini (also spelled Meena Prasadinee), මීනා ප්රසාදිනී, is a Sri Lankan playback and stage singer working in contemporary Sinhala music. She is known for romantic ballads and duets, and for collaborations with composers and producers across the modern Colombo music scene, including the widely circulated remake of Kalpa Kalayak Pura.
Meena Prasadini performs across solo singles, film and teledrama themes, and featured duets. Her recordings span emotional love songs and lighter pop arrangements, and several have been released as standalone singles as well as on compilation albums. The slow version of Mathakaida Ada Wage is among her recognised solo releases.
She has recorded with a number of artists from the current Sinhala scene. The duet Chanchalai features Rukman Asitha and Chethana Sankalani, and her catalogue also includes work tied to producers and singers such as Sanka Dineth, Dasun Madushan and Shivantha Fernando.
For listeners searching under either spelling, Meena Prasadinee’s recordings on Lyrics-lk include the original Sinhala lyrics alongside an English translation and transliteration, so the meaning of each song travels with the words.
