A young man is telling the girl he loves how completely she has taken him over, and he is half teasing, half spellbound while he does it. He calls her mischievous and lovely in the same breath, the kind of girl who knows exactly what her smile is doing to him, and right away he reaches for the softest thing he can think of to describe her. Even flower petals, he says, are not as soft as her cheeks.
