Theekshana Anuradha (තීක්ෂණ අනුරාධ; also spelled Theekshana Anuradh) is a Sri Lankan singer, composer, and flautist born on 19 February 1985. He came up through the contemporary Sinhala pop and teledrama-theme scene of the 2010s, and he is known for melodic, sentiment-driven songs such as Sayam Kirilli, Peradaaka Susumak, and Hitha Piliganne Naha.
Theekshana Anuradha built his name as a singer-songwriter working across recorded singles, film, and television music in Sri Lanka. He released the widely shared Sayam Kirilli in 2013, and over the following years became a familiar voice on teledrama soundtracks, contributing theme songs including Sepalika and Ma Adariye.
Beyond performing, he has worked as a composer and music director, and he ran the record label Octave Entertainment. On several of his releases he handles the music himself, including Hinayen Hiniyata and Manik Gan Therata, the latter a duet with Indunil Andaramana.
Theekshana Anuradha’s catalogue ranges from love songs to occasion pieces. Sirilaka Piri Awurudu Siri, an Avurudu (Sinhala New Year) song, pairs him with established voices Amal Perera and Romesh Sugathapala. Other frequently sought titles in his work include Sanda Renu Galana, Ayeth Handanna, and the much-covered Bopath Athare.
Theekshana Anuradha’s songs lean on clear, emotive melody and accessible arrangements that travel well from radio to teledrama to streaming, which is part of why his work remains popular with Sri Lankan listeners at home and in the diaspora. Lyrics-lk hosts the Sinhala lyrics for his songs with English transliteration and translation, so the meaning is available alongside the original තීක්ෂණ අනුරාධ recordings.
